SUBMISSION PROBLEMS
It has come to our attention that many of our customers have their firewalls set so that the form can not be transmitted. The cause is as follows:
1. Due to the many spiders on the web that seek out forms and then spam the form host, most Internet Providers have instituted a procedure where they check the IP Address of a form submitter to make sure it is valid.
2. If the security of your firewall is set so high that your IP address is not available, the Internet Service Provider assumes that you are a spammer and denies you access to the web site.
3. You must (temporarily) change the security level of your firewall in order to transmit the form.
If you do not wish to do this, you may e-mail us the information at sales@silverwoodenergy.com, phone us, or print the form and fax it to us.
